The City of Smyrna released this highly competitive RFP for a 50+ acre site of public land, asking developers for their highest and best use of the property. B+C worked with the development team and won the project.
In this Public/ Private partnership, B+C created the Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) Master Plan for the entire project, along with designing the entry sequence, streetscape, all common areas, and amenities. Combining 3D modeling and hand illustrations, B+C contributed graphics the developer used in marketing material.
